Are you official?
No. We are an independent reseller. Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorised dealer of Swatch, Audemars Piguet, or Swatch Group.
Are the watches new?
Yes. Every piece we publish is new and unworn, sourced from selected Swatch boutiques. Any deviation (e.g. opened for photography) is declared in writing before payment.
What does the full set include?
Watch, removable holder, three lanyards (S 18 cm, M 32 cm, L 42 cm), removable stand, original box, and documents. Per-piece details are confirmed before reservation.
Is a receipt included?
Where available, yes. We share receipt traceability with sensitive personal data redacted. If a particular unit was sourced without a receipt, we say so up front.

Because the price includes sourcing, condition confirmation, support, and insured delivery. We don't promise discounts — we promise transparency.
How does delivery work?
Free insured shipping worldwide. 48-hour dispatch from Zürich, full tracking, signature on delivery. Hand delivery available in Zürich by appointment.
What if the piece is no longer available?
You receive a full refund of any deposit, and we offer alternative colours or place you on a notify-me list with no further commitment.
